News Flash! Elmo will be paying a very special visit to My Gym in Santa Rosa. Today is Family Fitness Day at My Gym. This free event at will run from 10:00am - 3:00pm. Elmo's agent assures me that he will be there from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Bring your cameras and don't forget the kids. I am sure they want to see Elmo too.
