First Fridays on 4th is Santa Rosa's version of a large block party. It is a family-friendly event showcasing the talent of local musicians and artists. Entertainment can be found at both the Railroad Square and the Courthouse Square. Many of the surrounding businesses offer "specials" for the evening or display a local artist's work.
